Hello! I’m Lindsay. I graduated from Cortiva School of Massage in Seattle in 2009. I am trained and experienced in injury treatment, neuromuscular, myofascial, prenatal, Swedish, relaxation, and sports massage modalities. I consider my style to be quite integrative of these various techniques, all the while tuning into the state of the musculature and working accordingly. I believe massage to be an important and necessary component of everyone’s (yes, you!) health regimen.
I enjoy tracking with my clients through their journey to health and wholeness and seeing the improvements as we go. I believe that thorough knowledge of the human anatomy paired with caring intuition provides for maximum results.
Alongside wellness, I am passionate about traveling, snowboarding, laughing, and hiking with my dog, Jak. I am currently furthering my education at WWU.
I have been a Massage Therapist for five years in Whatcom County. I opened One Body Massage in 2010, while operating my practice I have seen a pattern clients. For some clients it is straight forward - a pulled muscle, exercise injury, car accidents. For others there is more to it then just injury. Seeing this need I changed the direction of my practice to overall restoration.
Injuries can have attached emotions. Emotions like fear, anger, shame, guilt, grief, & sorrow.
I have helped many clients using the blend of physical body work and restorative advocacy. This is my passion in life, knowing that I bring a space to those in need and help facilitate healing.

Bellingham is a community that inspires health! With its countless parks and trails, its commitment to local food and produce and its enthusiasm for alternative forms of medicine, Bellingham residents seem to embrace natural living. This is what drew me to make this beautiful area of Washington State my home; the opportunity to build connections with like-minded individuals who strive for optimum holistic wellness.
I believe that, whenever possible, it is wise to seek natural methods of healing. Therapeutic massage can promote balance within the 'self' and create physical, mental, and emotional harmony. It can enhance the body’s ability to heal itself and promote overall well-bring. This is why I practice massage therapy. I want to share my passion with my clients and assist them in becoming one with their bodies.
My goal is to find the appropriate care for you. I enjoy providing my clients with a moment of peace, whether the goal is treatment oriented or for pure relaxation. So if you require assistance in recovering from an injury or are simply looking for relaxation after a hectic day, together we will find the treatment that will suit your needs; restoring your body, calming your mind and nourishing your soul.
